Job Description:
As a key member of the Quality Assurance PMS team, you will be responsible to help support the product complaint management program with post market data acquisition, interpretation and analysis of data using statistical techniques to provide relevant reports to the business.This role will partner will a team and report directly to the Leader of Post Market Surveillance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and format data from various systems per the respective Post Market Surveillance processes
- Support cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups on ad hoc data analysis, data mining, data queries in support of product performance, regulatory, compliance and other product focused deliverables or requirements
- Own generation and dissemination of Success Rate Reports in support of the Sales Force
- Determine and implement data-driven solutions to optimize support monitoring of customer and product quality issues
- Provide support during external and internal audits relating to Post-Market data monitoring
- Ensure Post Market data monitoring is verified and validated if applicable per the respective Post Market Surveillance processes and procedures
- Provide guidance on Post Market Surveillance data monitoring processes and projects to key stakeholders and Post Market team members
- Extract and prepare data as requested by Regulatory and Notified bodies
- Provide analytical support for tracking recall activities and assist in completing product field action documentation.
- Execute post-market surveillance activities including complaint trending and data extraction for annual risk review
- Develop and optimize methods to visualize data (Tableau dashboards, charts, presentations, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) and Quality Management Systems such as Trackwise
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & Excel & PowerPoint, and understanding of ERP/SAP systems
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Industry experience working in a regulated environment in Quality Assurance preferred
- This role is eligible to work 100% remote with very little domestic travel. Ideal home base locations would be Southern California, Denver, Ohio,
- Memphis, Raleigh, or Maryland.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner, including but not limited to, generating and presenting reports and presentations
