Would you like to further develop your career in data analytics in the field of Human Resources? At the LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics division, we are looking for an HR Controller and Compensation and Benefits specialist to become the reference in these matters within the organisation.

With a direct report to the HRD of the Perfumes and Cosmetics division for Spain and Portugal and LOEWE Worldwide, the HR Controller and C&B Manager will be the main responsible of all the Compensation & Benefits polices update and analysis. He/She will also be the leader for all the data related to HR: Reporting and Budgeting for all the brand present in the geography.
