We are looking for a Sr Paid Social Manager to lead our Programmatic user acquisition and mobile app download efforts! You’ll be managing a team of successful campaign managers on the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns through our Paid Social channel in both existing and growing international markets, collaborating with business leads, publisher partners, creative agencies, and ad tech stakeholders to drive efficiencies at scale. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a highly automated Growth Marketing program in partnership with resources on the Analytics and Engineering side!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define areas of opportunity, build business cases, and present data-driven recommendations that improve marketing and business practices
  • Work closely with Ad Tech partners, to develop and implement sophisticated automation and optimization solutions
  • Run a marketing budget to maximize Expedia’s Group investment on social media platforms, acquiring customers and driving mobile apps growth
  • Own the end to end execution of global direct response campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and other social channels
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide meaningful insights
  • Partner with Brand, PR, and Social teams internally to support Brand initiatives across Paid Social channels

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results by building strategies and identifying opportunities to scale growth and meet/exceed KPI targets
  • Strong analytical ability with a strong understanding of and experience with A/B testing creative assets and different bidding strategies
  • Experience with direct response app acquisition campaigns and LTV modeling
  • You’ve lead a global team, nurtured career development, and instilled culture for highly engagement/motivated team
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience on social platforms
  • Experience leading multi-channel Paid Social campaigns globally with significant budget to drive both brand and Programmatic direct response
  • Strong analytical skills & comfort with getting your “hands dirty”, providing in-depth analysis into the numbers
